Modalities Tailored Solutions for Your Needs

01

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) are evidence-based approaches that focus on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In counseling, we work together to notice unhelpful thinking patterns, practice new coping skills, and respond to stress in healthier ways. CBT helps you challenge negative beliefs and build more balanced ways of thinking, while DBT adds tools for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and staying grounded in the present moment. These approaches can help you feel more in control, reduce anxiety and depression, and create lasting change in your daily life.Describe the service and how your customers or clients can benefit from it.

Somatic/Mindfulness Therapy

Somatic and mindfulness therapy focuses on the connection between your mind and body. In our work together, we gently notice how stress, anxiety, and past experiences show up as tension, discomfort, or numbness in your body. Through grounding exercises, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you learn to listen to your body’s signals, calm your nervous system, and stay more present in the moment. This approach can help you feel safer in your own body, reduce overwhelm, and respond to life with more clarity, balance, and self-compassion.

Art and music (sound) therapy use creativity as a pathway to healing. In our sessions, you’re invited to express thoughts and feelings through drawing, painting, writing, movement, or sound—no artistic skill required. These therapies can help you access emotions that are hard to put into words, release stress stored in the body, and explore new ways of coping. By engaging your senses and imagination, you can gain insight, build self‑expression, and experience more calm, connection, and emotional relief in your daily life.

Person-centered therapy is a warm, nonjudgmental approach that focuses on you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. In our work together, you set the pace and direction, while I offer empathy, genuine support, and a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. This approach trusts that you already have inner wisdom and strengths, and therapy helps you reconnect with them. Clients often benefit by gaining greater self‑acceptance, clarity about their needs and values, and the confidence to make choices that feel more authentic and aligned with who they are
